The following are guidelines for approximate length of time at specific temperatures – these are only suggestions. Temperature Length of Time WebPartall® One-Coat is a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) coating that contains 2 – 3 times the solids content of standard PVA giving it a thick viscosity that builds quickly.
