I STRONGLY recommend not entrusting your life to ANY gun, even a Glock, that you don't have hundreds of mostly trouble-free rounds through, regardless of the brand. I'd recommend looking at the Tisas B45R or SS45R, or basically any modernized 1911 they offer.
